DIRECTIONS

From the Garden State Parkway

North Bound
Follow the Garden State Parkway North to exit 148. Proceed through the toll plaza and straight through the first (Bloomfield Avenue) traffic light. At the second traffic light (Franklin Street), make a left. Continue straight through the next two traffic lights, right before the third traffic light on the left is Garces Realty located at 464 Franklin Street.

South Bound
Follow the Garden State Parkway South to exit 148. After stop sign, make a right at the first traffic light (Montgomery Street). Goto the next light (Franklin Street) and make a right. Continue straight right before the next traffic light on the left is Garces Realty located at 464 Franklin Street.

From the New Jersey Turnpike

Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 16W. Proceed through the toll plaza and follow the sign for Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West to the Garden State Parkway South. Follow the Garden State Parkway South bound directions above.

From Route 3

Follow Route 3 East to the Garden State Parkway South. Follow the Garden State Parkway South bound directions above.

From Western New Jersey

Follow any access road to Route 80 East. Follow Route 80 East to Route 280 East. Proceed on Route 280 East to the Garden State Parkway North. Follow the Garden State Parkway North bound directions above.
